WELCOME TO BRADLEY’S SIGNATURE

The Maltese Cross is universally recognized as the emblem of firefighters worldwide. Our Bradley’s Signature Brand, along with Corporate Sponsors who choose to feature our copyright Maltese Cross on their branded packaging (under license), will showcase their support for the Canadian Volunteer Firefighter Foundation. By doing so, they will be recognized by both our organization and brand-loyal consumers as generous supporters of Volunteer Fire Departments across Canada.

We are actively seeking co-packers across multiple Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) categories. Eligible products must stand out as unique, of exceptional quality, and manufactured in adherence to the highest industry standards. Additionally, we are licensing the Maltese Cross to established brands, offering category exclusivity to those who meet our criteria.

Together, we can honour and support the dedication of volunteer firefighters while promoting excellence in product offerings.

Did you know that over 80% of firefighters in Canada are volunteers?

These brave individuals dedicate their time and risk their lives to protect our communities, often with limited resources. Many volunteer fire departments are in urgent need of financial support for essential equipment, advanced training, and mental health programs.

Together, we can make a difference!

When you purchase products featuring the Bradley’s Signature Maltese Cross Emblem, a portion of the proceeds goes directly to the Volunteer Firefighter Foundation. This initiative helps ensure our volunteer firefighters have the tools and support they need to continue their vital work.

Let’s honor their dedication and commitment. Join us in giving back to those who give so much to us.

ABOUT BRAD

Brad Kornelson’s professional career began in 1980 as a representative for Unilever (formerly Lever Brothers) in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. With over 40 years of experience, Brad has established himself as a leader in the field, managing Spectrum Retail Agency—a successful food brokerage firm representing numerous top-tier companies. Additionally, Brad is the co-owner of two import businesses of CPG products that have become national brands in the grocery industry.

After moving to the tranquil community of Shawnigan Lake on Vancouver Island, Brad was invited to apply to the Shawnigan Lake Volunteer Fire Department. In 1999, he embarked on a new chapter of volunteer service, dedicating 11 years to the department. Demonstrating unwavering commitment and leadership, Brad rose through the ranks to become the department’s Fire Chief and a Local Assistant to the Office of the Fire Commissioner (LAFC).

During his tenure, Brad responded to more than 1,200 emergency calls, ranging from structure fires and forest fires to motor vehicle accidents, hazardous materials incidents, and first responder medical emergencies. His extensive hands-on experience provided him with profound insight into the challenges and evolving needs of volunteer fire services.

Brad’s dedication to community service, combined with his leadership and expertise reflects his commitment to protecting lives and with an intent to foster the growth of fire service capabilities across the country.

VOICE FOR VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS

It’s pretty safe to say that if you grew up in British Columbia any time over the past 40 years you know who Tony Parsons is. After three and a half decades as the Anchor of The News Hour on Global TV followed by a term with CTV and CHEK TV the day just wasn’t complete unless we came home to watch Tony and the 6 o’clock news each day.

Tony is back behind the broadcast desk once again as host for The Tony Parson’s Show podcast and now the respected voice for the Volunteer Firefighters Foundation.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

You can support volunteer fire departments by joining as a community member, displaying the Maltese Cross as a CPG manufacturer, or partnering as a retailer. Community members can volunteer and receive training to protect their community. Manufacturers can add the Maltese Cross to products to raise awareness and funds. Retailers can stock these products, helping generate millions for volunteer fire departments nationwide. These efforts strengthen both local fire services and brand loyalty.

OUR PRODUCTS

Bradley’s Signature Brand is proud to offer a selection of high-quality products while actively seeking opportunities to expand our range. Below is a list of our current offerings and products under consideration for future development. While we are not manufacturers ourselves, we collaborate with local, national, and international manufacturers through co-packing agreements. As we develop each segment, you will be able to click on the link below and see exactly where the products are coming from and hear the manufactures story in their own words. These partnerships ensure our products meet the highest standards while offering a unique point of difference, avoiding generic “me-too” products.
